Position Overview:
We’ve partnered with a pioneering biotech company that’s seeking Clinical Care Liaisons (CCLs) to support their first commercial launch across Florida. This medical field-based role will serve as a critical link between the company and a broad range of healthcare professionals, mental health networks, and treatment providers—ensuring accurate scientific exchange, disease education, and product support within the community mental health ecosystem.

Opportunity Highlights:

  • Build and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with local healthcare providers and medical experts across the state

  • Engage in compliant scientific discussions related to disease state, clinical data, and safe use of the company’s products

  • Collaborate with field medical and commercial colleagues to drive awareness and education initiatives in support of patients with Serious Mental Illness (SMI)

  • Support clinical trial recruitment efforts and contribute to site identification and engagement

  • Work closely with advocacy teams to strengthen partnerships with local and regional mental health organizations

  • Participate in national and local congresses and lead field team activities

  • Identify training gaps among Advanced Practice Providers and develop collaborative educational opportunities

  • Contribute strategic insights from the field to internal Medical Affairs and Commercial teams

Position Requirements:

  • Advanced medical/bioscience degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, DNP, or similar); Advanced Practice Providers with MSL or CPL experience encouraged to apply

  • 2+ years of medical affairs or clinical liaison experience preferred

  • Strong clinical background in Psychiatry or Neurology is highly preferred

  • In-depth understanding of the U.S. mental health treatment landscape, especially community-based care settings

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across multidisciplinary stakeholders

  • Proven ability to influence without authority and manage territory autonomously

  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments and a passion for supporting underserved patient communities
