Join a high-growth biotech organization located in the Raleigh/Durham area in a pivotal Senior IT Support Engineer role supporting network infrastructure, platforms, security, and corporate applications.

Position Overview:

​As a Sr. Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving hardware/software issues, managing network infrastructure and user accounts, ensuring security best practices, and supporting corporate applications.

Opportunity Highlights:

  • Resolve hardware/software issues promptly and develop temporary workarounds when necessary
  • Research and troubleshoot network issues, leveraging online resources and professional networks for solutions
  • Set up new laptops, manage new user access, and assist with onboarding and training
  • Create and manage user accounts, mailboxes, and documentation, including SOPs and working practices
  • Provide support for third-party applications, and participate in after-hours IT support

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Required

  • Proficient in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Office 365
  • Basic understanding of network fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, infrastructure, and wireless
  • Strong grasp of best security practices
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in hardware and software
