Position Overview:
We’ve partnered with a fast-growing biotech company in Boston that’s seeking a Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) leader at the Associate Director level. This individual will play a key role in designing and executing evidence generation strategies that support value demonstration and global market access efforts for the company’s innovative pipeline.
Opportunity Highlights:

Shape and deliver cross-functional HEOR strategies to support lead and pipeline assets

Drive development of evidence packages and value communication tools to support pricing, reimbursement, and access objectives

Collaborate with internal teams including Medical Affairs, Market Access, Clinical Development, and Regulatory

Oversee external vendors and consultants conducting health economic modeling, literature reviews, and real-world evidence generation

Present results at scientific congresses and support publications in peer-reviewed journals

Support internal training and external communication of HEOR findings and implications

Contribute to value demonstration strategies that align with payer needs and product positioning
Position Requirements:

Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MPH, or similar) with specialized training in HEOR or related field

Minimum 7 years’ experience in HEOR within pharma, biotech, medical device, or consultancy settings

Proven experience leading evidence generation strategies for pricing and reimbursement success

Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare systems and payer evidence requirements

Ability to manage multiple projects, lead cross-functional collaborations, and navigate a dynamic, matrixed environment

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
