Position Overview:

​As an Associate Director of Market Insights and Analytics, you will be responsible for providing strategic insights and managing custom market research projects, including ongoing tracking of key performance indicators for the organization.

Opportunity Highlights:

  • Manage primary market research involving multiple stakeholders to extract actionable insights and identify market opportunities.
  • Integrate primary research insights with analytics to create a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s performance.
  • Continuously monitor and track key performance indicators.
  • Maintain relationships with external research agencies, consultants, and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality market research insights.
  • Summarize primary research results for key internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiently handle the primary research project lifecycle and coordinate all its aspects.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, and collaborating with various vendors effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years’ experience overseeing tasks in quantitative and qualitative primary market research projects within the Biotech/Pharma industry.
  • Proficient in data management with a keen focus on precision and correctness.
  • Capable and successful in a fast-paced and resource-efficient environment.
  • Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with practical experience using analysis tools such as Q or SPSS.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience with product launches.
