Position Overview:
We’ve partnered with a growing biopharma company seeking an IT Manager to oversee Oracle cloud ERP and EPM enterprise applications. This role will serve as the primary internal contact for Oracle system administration, manage third-party vendor relationships, and support internal and external audit activities. The IT Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance, optimizing cloud integrations, and coordinating key system updates within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
Opportunity Highlights:

Serve as the internal lead for Oracle ERP/EPM cloud systems

Collaborate with third-party support providers to resolve issues and optimize system performance

Administer the Oracle Support portal and coordinate support activities with internal stakeholders

Oversee ERP user access controls and ensure GxP compliance

Manage user access reviews and related audit documentation

Monitor cloud integrations, workflows, and automation tasks

Coordinate ERP patch testing and internal communication with key system owners

Administer additional non-Oracle enterprise applications as needed
Position Requirements:

Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM administration in a biopharma or pharma setting

Strong understanding of GxP and FDA-compliant system practices

Proven experience managing third-party vendors and enterprise application support

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Integration (OCI) and BPM workflows

Strong documentation skills, with a focus on validation and audit readiness

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving business needs
