Our emerging CRO client is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to help drive results, manage vendors, and lead clinical projects. The successful candidate will be self-motivated who takes initiative and responsibility for delivering quality clinical outcomes for patients.
Manage of medium-sized (5-15 countries) or large (>15 countries) projects/programs under general supervision with primary responsibility for the production of project deliverables
Supervisory responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance to the predefined quality standards, on time and on budget, adhering to and promoting principles of delivery and service in dealing
Training, mentoring and coaching of CRAs, CTAs and CTLs
BS degree required
5+ years experience working in clinical research
At least 3 years of project management experience, including management of all project phases from startup to closure
