Our client is seeking a Senior Director, Quality Management to collaborate closely with Executives and Senior Management to lead and direct the quality activities. This position will be a key driver of the quality and compliance centric culture and environment of the company and be responsible for the overall strategic direction regarding the Quality Management department and system.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the Executive Quality Management review process ensuring all quality and compliance related issues are identified and mitigated in a timely manner
  • Accountable for continuous improvement of company's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations (GCP, GLP, GMP (GxPs), PHI, FDA, ISO 9001)
  • Responsible for the definition, development, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of quality related processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of Quality assurance management
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field (Masters/PhD preferred).
  • Strong knowledge US and international regulatory requirements for clinical research including FDA/ICH-GCP, GLP, GMP
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, employees, and the general public.
