Position Overview:
As a Senior Manager (ADME/DMPK), you will be responsible for conducting ADME/DMPK studies, providing PK insights, guiding small molecule projects, and establishing external alliances for study outsourcing and management.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Take charge of non-clinical ADME/DMPK sections in regulatory documents and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance DMPK/ADME projects and procedures
- Lead the implementation of assays and technologies at external labs for ADME-DMPK assessment of small molecules in drug development projects
- Design, supervise, and interpret DMPK studies, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams for data integration
- Play a key role in selecting and qualifying CROs and vendors for DMPK studies
- Serve as an independent SME within project teams, overseeing DMPK activities and interactions with CROs, while ensuring quality and performance
Position Requirements: PharmD or PhD required, in Drug Metabolism, Pharmacokinetics, or related field required
- 8+ years of experience assessing small molecule therapeutics
- Proficient in designing non-clinical DMPK studies for Phase 1 and Phase 2 clinical support
- Experience in outsourcing and overseeing nonclinical ADME/DMPK studies
- Hands-on expertise in outsourcing and overseeing nonclinical DMPK/ADME studies, troubleshooting, and summarization
