We are in search of a highly respected Pharmacovigilance Leader for one of my most innovative biopharmaceutical clients developing life-changing immuno-oncology therapies in Greater New York.

This organization is experiencing radical growth of 350% this year through its flagship gene editing technology and CAR T therapies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Pharmacovigilance efforts planning, designing and executing all Global PV initiatives and systems related to enable launch of products and post marketing activities
  • Provides leadership in managing on-going safety surveillance, signal detection, risk assessment, risk evaluation and risk management.
  • Authors or contributes to safety sections of NDA/MAAs, clinical investigator brochures, risk profiles, protocols, labels and regulatory reports
  • Ensures compliance with US and international pharmacovigilance regulations

Requirements:

  • Advanced Degree, Doctorate; MD or PharmD
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmacovigilance gained in pharmaceutical industry, coupled with 2-3 years of management experience in Pharmacovigilance or Drug Safety
  • Strategic proficiency in crafting approach to relevant FDA, ICH guidelines, initiatives and regulations governing Safety Reporting
  • In depth clinical and immunological oncology experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
